Black and Noble Integrated Resources was officially incorporated in Lagos, Nigeria by the Corporate Affairs Commission as a multipurpose company. Registered May of 2016 with registration number BN 2419284, its scope of business includes engineering construction, Renewable energy solution – procurement and installation of solar panels/ solar powered street lights, Supply and installation of transformers, haulage and general contracting.   

Since inception, Black and Noble has carved a niche for itself in the area of engineering procurement services and renewable energy. As a contracting company, we have executed various special purpose projects for various clients ranging from small, personal projects to large EPIC turnkey projects. Today, we are one of the leading contracting companies in Nigeria with vast experience in diverse areas of construction and engineering projects.
